BACKGROUND
Craig Pollack and his partner built one of the best IT professional services firm in the San Fernando Valley from his bedroom over an almost 20 year period to nearly $5M in revenues. At least they were voted by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal as one of the top 50 firms to work for in the Valley.
Craig was an original member of the Strategic Growth Forum, a CEO peer group we founded in February 2006, and stayed with the group until it was dissolved in August 2010. His company earned an Inc. Magazine 5000 fast-growth company award along with top places too.
THE PROBLEM
With growing, come growing pains and sometimes the estrangement of partners. We coached Craig prior to and through transitioning from a two partner firm into a single owner firm while constantly adding and improving the processes they needed to maintain their leadership in the provision of managed and networked IT services.
